Dates 3 and 4: More or less the same, about 15 min each session. Lots of petting. Less mounting today, but some face-nipping by Bonnie which I am not a fan of. Agree with Dana. I’m sure she’d be able to hop up to different levels, they have some powerful hind feet. 😉 Definitely a spoiled bun. 🙂 Letting them out for a few hours is great, too. I mean it could be my one cat but he only escapes occasionally. They aren’t allowed outside for safety reasons. Maybe my dog? Hi Bam – thanks so much for your response.  I really hope that’s it!  I do feel the area of the skin and couldn’t feel anything very obvious thankfully.  I’ll keep watching it for a few days and hopefully it will become more conclusive that is just molting or something else…. I’m definitely nervous about it.

Hmmm, I don’t know what ear mites look like, but my three ladies had some a while back. It’s hard to catch on camera but there is quite a lot of that greyish substance in his ear. I didn’t get to check the other ear yet.

Yeah that’s what I was thinking. I just want them to get all the nutrients they need. I’m hoping the hay from the farm feed store will be good.

With a piece that small, it is probably fine! Just monitor if there’s anything unusual, like no appetite or pooping.
