Aw yeah, you might try adding a nice fluffy hay layer on top of the wire grate to see if that helps as well. But if they are covered by fur they are more likely to be calluses. Doesn’t mean should wouldn’t appreciate a softer screen though. 🙂

usually the quantity in these mixes of mizuna is pretty low too, so I totally agree with @DanaNM. Even a few spinach leaves are not going to hurt your bun unless they are sensitive. I think it’s fine!  Veggies with high calcium and oxalate are fine to feed in rotation, and even one week of maybe too much of one thing isn’t the end of the world, it’s more of a cumulative thing.

The vet did say she thinks the ear drum is ruptured, there’s a lot of puss visible and it sounds like it wouldn’t be if the eardrum was intact. My poor baby. So it sounds like we are going down a normal treatment route.
