Yes, the scratches probably are from the fight. I’m sure she is a bit depressed about the whole situation. I asked a similar question ones and it seems it varies a bit between the cat and bun, but it can certainly work if you take time to do introductions and they can both have a safe space, sometimes the bun is the bully!
