It looks like you edited your post. From what I can see, his butt is a little messy. But it isn’t terrible. It looks more like he’s just been sitting in dirty litter. If he’s already on gas drops, you could try massaging his belly. You can also try lifting his rear end up a bit, if he’ll let you. The gas will naturally want to travel upward, so lifting his rear will direct the gas in the proper direction.

I just wanted to add that you can “squeal” if the bunny is biting you. Even if she isn’t actually biting through your clothes, you can still communicate with her by letting out a high pitched squeal. This tells her that she is hurting you (even if she’s not) and will prompt her to adjust her bite.

I see. I put a few pieces today on the floor, without actually installing them, and let him try it out. It seemed like he didn’t have many issues with the traction, so will probably go ahead with the installation tomorrow. Thanks for your advice!

I do wonder whether this is aggression and/or a rabbit who enjoys chewing and nipping clothes/fabric. One of my rabbits loves digging and chewing into people’s clothes, and she is in no way aggressive. He ate some parsley. 🙂 We’ll have to keep giving him a little bit of that everyday now. And maybe we could put some in his hay and on some romaine lettuce eventually.
