I would not worry about feeding veggies at this point — they are both young, so their stomachs may not actually be mature enough to eat them. The weather is beautiful here! I’m enjoying watching all of the flowers spring up. 🙂 And my hens are actually laying now! They haven’t been paying rent during the winter seasons.  🙄

They are eating mainly Timothy Hay. I’m not sure exactly how much. They have two litter boxes filled with it each day and eat maybe around half of that and I’ll give them handfuls of hay when they’re running around outside the pen as well. Can you tell us exactly what they eat and how much? Treats, veggies? Do you find any uneaten cecotropes?

Also, you have to seperate them, now. They’re hitting puberty and if you keep them together any longer you will end up with a litter. They should have been seperated at three months of age. They are also likely to start fighting.

Agree with Wick. Keep them seperated and after he’s been fixed, maybe you can try some supervised interaction. One thing though, even if the cat is just being playful, I wouldn’t allow any of that. My understanding is liner is simply a word people use to denote something that’s purpose is to line something, like flooring. I don’t think it really denotes anything beyond that. I think it’s a buzz word. You can use a blanket to line something.

I think you should keep them separated, especially with your rabbit being so young. How a cat plays is very different from a rabbit. Predators play in very different ways than prey, so even if your cat is being intentionally friendly, your cat can still seriously harm a small rabbit.

Seconding the kong brush! It’s actually the only brush our rabbits will let us near them with 🙂

The fur can fly everywhere with it, but then we just use the kong brush to “brush” the floor where the fur landed until all  the stray fur collects into a “bunny ball” that we can just pick it up and throw out.
