My bunnies love to nap under my bed too. Maybe you can add some hides and tunnels around the room to encourage exploring other places? What type of flooring do you have? If it’s slippery adding some rugs should help too.

If they have a bonded trio, it’s pretty weird that they would want to separate them. But maybe they aren’t really bonded but share a play area? Did they mention why they are looking to rehome one? You might ask if they would allow a trial period while you try to bond them, sort of like fostering?

I called every vet that I know of in my area that sees bunnies and was unable to find one that could see him. His lip looked a lot better Saturday then it looked pretty swollen on Sunday.
