Okay so cocoa almost 2 decided today that he would pee on his blanket in his cage instead of litter box in which he never has done that. I just cleaned his box today and I did rearrange a bit. Could it be because I rearranged?

he is acting normal eating etc but in way has been a little more scared than normal. Could it be I had to board him for 5 days at the end of June?

I wouldn’t read too much into it if it only happened once or twice (you said he peed on the couch too in another thread). Sometimes bunnies will just pee on soft things. It could be him trying to reclaim things, but it could be him just wanting to pee on something soft. If he starts making a habit of it, then I would be more worried that something else is going on.
