So sorry should this thread be not allowed in this topic. I’m having some issues. Bramble and Honeydew’s fleece blankets in their enclosure need to be cleaned; however since I spot clean, my dad doesn’t want to wash the blankets. Or throw them away. He doesn’t want anything done with them. He says “they’re clean enough for another month”. I try to tell him they need to be cleaned more often but he says that since I spot clean they’re good enough. I don’t know what to do. Should I stop spot cleaning so they can get clean blankets or keep spot cleaning?

You could perhaps keep spot cleaning and  hang the blankets on a clothesline or similar, and air them for several hours? Air and sunshine will freshen them up. If you stop spot cleaning and your dad still doesn’t want to wash the blankets, the situation would be worse.

I will keep spot cleaning then. I can’t hang the blankets outside due to our neighbors burning things even in 80F weather.
