Looking for advice!! Please help if you have the time and insight.
I adopted these two a month ago. They had been checked by a vet before adoption and were said to be healthy when I brought them home.
I noticed a little over a week ago that the boy Bingo (with the nose spot) sometimes sits with a very slight head tilt. It’s barely noticeable. My partner didn’t see anything at all and I thought maybe I was imagining it. He was eating, playing, pooping, and drinking completely fine, so I decided to just keep an eye on him.
I think am noticing it more now though and am starting to get really worried. I think his sister (Tallulah) might even have started doing it as well (the first pic shows what I believe is them both with a head tilt).
I’ve researched a bit and am aware that an occasional small tilt can just be their resting position, or them looking directly at you, but I’m worried it could be something more. They are still both behaving normally otherwise, however there has maybe been a bit less hay eaten than usual the past couple of days (it’s hard to monitor, this may just be me being paranoid again).
Either way I will take them into the vet tomorrow. In the meantime I’m hoping to get some advice.
Is there a chance this is just a natural resting position for them? Or is it likely something more serious, and if so, should take them into the emergency vet today, or will they be ok until tomorrow?
The only exotic vet open on Sunday’s is over an hour away and not the best reviewed, so I’d be more comfortable taking them in tomorrow if it is safe to do so.
        Thank you!

It doesnt look very alarming to me, so as long as theyre actibg normal in other respects, esp regarding appetite and poop, I dont think you need them off to an ER vet.

Its great that you’re taking them on a planned appt tomorrow though, since you’re obviously very worried. It’s great if you can take a bunch of pics/films so you can show the “best” ones to the vet.

Yeah, I’m not seeing this as an emergency either. They are eating and pooping, so no need to panic. The tilt you’re talking about is very hard to see in these pictures. Especially the photo with both of them, it just looks like something has their attention. It looks like they are on a platform, so whatever they are looking at appears to be below their direct line of sight… hence the slight downward tilting of the head.

If you are worried, it never hurts to have a vet evaluate them. So if they have a scheduled appointment, then I think that would be an appropriate time to bring it up.

It does look like it could be a slight tilt, but I agree that it isn’t an emergency and also could just be them turning their head to get a better look at you. Def good to have the vet check it out if you are concerned. If you have pics of a time before you noticed the tilt for comparison that could be helpful for the vet as well. Videos can be really good too.
