Hello there, this is Sage, a four-week-old Holland lop from my doe Dailey. I need some insight into what color she is. Her mother is a black tort VM and her father is a BEW

          Looks like black tort vm?
(The subject of intentional breeding is prohibited on this forum. There are forums that allow and encourage discussions on breeding, f ex Rabbits Online, their Rabbitry and Showroom-section. You could also try r/rabbits on Reddit.)

Your bun is truly adorable! Discussions about coloring and markings are allowed here, but since we don’t have a lot of members with bun breeding experience  you might not get many relevant replies.

The Vienna gene does some weird things. It isn’t truly recessive. But yes, for color identification purposes, the bunny in question looks like a VM tort.
