Yesterday I got Pumpkin one of these apple stick dangly toys from oxbow. She really likes it but the only thing she’s interested in is chewing and eating the string that ties it together. Is it safe for her to eat that? At first I thought she was just chewing on it but she’s actually eating it.

The string is likely a natural fiber so it should be fine breaking down in the gut, especially since your rabbit is grinding it significantly before swallowing.

Yes, natural fibers and twines are safe.
