Rabbit urine can indeed be orange, and even very dark orange. If you have concerns about blood, you can put a few drops of hydrogen peroxide in the pee puddle and if it fizzes violently, that’s an indicator there’s likely blood in there, which is a cause for concern.

Also, please note that if you have two unspayed girls together, 1) there is always a chance of mis-sexing, which may lead to accidental pregnancy and 2) young rabbits form “baby bonds”, which are typically temporary bonds formed due to the lack of hormones. As they approach puberty, their hormones may lead to fights, so it is recommended to separate young rabbits sooner, rather than later, to prevent negative interactions and maintain the separation until they are ideal candidates for starting bonding (i.e., at least 1mo post-spay/-neuters).
