Hi there!  I’m thinking what more we can do to help Teddy, who’s getting mobility problems in his legs from his arthritis, and I understand laser therapy can be helpful.  He does poorly with vet visits so I’m looking into maybe buying a machine we could use at home, and wondering if anyone else has had any experience with this?

For example, here’s a machine written up on what seems like a pretty low-quality web page: https://rabbits.life/cold-laser-therapy-for-rabbits/.  I haven’t found any very reliable-sounding sources talking about home devices for bunnies, but I don’t know if that means they’re not worthwhile?

        Thank you! 🙂

I read the link, and the machine they’re talking about isnt really cold laser, it’s infrared light.

My mum is a physiotherapist and has treated many patients incl dogs with cold laser. I asked her about infrared light therapy. She says it’s not worth soending any money on.

Good cold laser machines are very expensive.

(Btw, mum says thank you for the birthfday wishes 😊)

Oh thank you so much, Bam!!  This is really helpful.  You are so kind to look into this and ask your mother for me!  (And I’m glad she had such a good birthday, thanks to your efforts.:)  I’m so grateful!
