Hello everybody, hoping to get some advice from someone who might have experienced this with their bunny:

My 6 year old rabbit has a history of reoccurring GI stasis. Her appetite has been decreasing the last few days, she eats some pellets and hay but does not touch her greens, her poops have been totally normal though and she’ll still take treats. She’s acting normal and playing, not how she usually is when she’s about to go into GI stasis. Took her the vet yesterday and the vet found a molar spur (she also has really bad teeth) but didn’t find anything else wrong with her. Getting rid of spurs usually fixes her appetite problem but she’s still not wanting to eat. I’m syringe feeding critical care now and gave her sub-q fluids, she’s on Meloxicam and Gabapentin for other issues. I also gave her a few doses of famotidine, this usually helps with appetite but it’s not working this time. Her poops are also getting smaller and starting to slow down. Again, her behaviour is totally normal and I’m thinking I should treat this as GI Stasis. Any ideas?
