It does sound like he is having some gas pain. How long has this been going on? You can also try giving some simethicone (baby gas drops). You can give 1 mL every hour for three hours, and if it will help, you should see improvement in that time.

Is he still eating? I would keep offering high fiber foods, and encourage him to move around. Sometimes a run around the room will help dislodge any gas bubbles that are hurting them.

If this has been going on for more than 12 hours, or he stops eating or pooping, I would take him to the vet.

It started last night for aorund 2 hours he is much better this morning but he regularly gets a tummy ache when he has a bit too much food of anything so I have to make sure it’s limited amount. The vets just give him medicine but I’m not sure why he keeps getting it. He hasn’t had it this bad in a while. But he is much better this morning
