Just found out Oxbow Organic Bounty existed…

So, I’ve had my 8(ish…?) year old Holland Lop bunny Jumping Jack on Oxbow Garden Select since spring/summer. We need to order a new bag, and I’m wondering if Organic Bounty wouldn’t be better?

Here’s a bit about Jumping Jack:

        -7-8 years old

        -Female

        -Holland Lop

-Lives with no other rabbits currently (although we may be getting another one soon. I do feel bad that she only has me, the dog, and the chinchilla, but we all get along)

-Eats whatever you put in the pellet bowl

Ask any other questions needed! What do you recommend? Essentials, Garden Select, or Organic Bounty?

Honestly, I don’t think there is a whole lot of difference. I mean, not in the long run anyway. FWIW, I have heard people say their bunny did not like the taste of the organic formula. Every bunny is different though.

I’m a big fan of the Oxbow Garden Select, so guessing the other is just as good.

Buns may or may not eat hay well, I’m trying the Sherwood unlimited pellets soon.

So, I think either way is good.  You are avoiding foods full of sugar, artificial colors and fillers, so get what is easier for you to get.

If they’re all okay, then, I think I’ll stick to Garden Select, since that’s what she’s already on. Plus, she’s a bit older, and even though she’s super smart and in good health, I don’t think she’d be a big fan of another pellet change

That, and I hate transitioning pellets. It’s such a hassle
