  One of my females has begun nesting, but she hasn’t mated. She is bonded to her sister and they live together. Yes, they are proven Doe’s. One had 1 kit awhile ago but it died at birth. My question is; can she be having false pregnancy, that includes nesting.

  If she is unspayed, then yes, she could be false nesting (if you are 100% certain she hasn’t had any contact with males).

  If she hasn’t been around males, this is probably what’s going on.
