My lionhead has a inner ear infection and it’s causing some balance issues. Every once in a while she loses her balance and starts wildly spinning/rolling around the room (she doesn’t stop even when I stop her and sit her right side up).I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem or knows the best thing to do when she starts spinning. Please and thank you <3

I’m sorry to hear that. I know it’s distressing to see even that happens. It might good to have her in more contained space for now so she doesn’t hurt herself going into these rolls. I’m guessing it’s a bit of positional vertigo? How does she seem when her equilibrium is recovered?

Once I set her back up she is a little wobbly for a minute then she’s back to just the head tilt.

I would definitely confine her and make things so she can’t accidentally hurt herself. It does sound like she is OK most of the time and just has these rolling episodes. If you’re not there though, I would worry about her losing her balance and hurting herself on something.
