        hii,

ever since i moved my rabbit back into my room, she likes to hop onto my bed and lay on it while I sleep, but I started to notice on my sheets she leaves like small poop/pee stains?? i have to keep washing my sheets and I even tried to put a towel where she lays or just keeping her off in general, but she always finds a way to get it on my sheets. i was wondering why she gets these? if its smthg she can even help.. idk!! i don’t remember this happening before when she would go on my bed.. but I’m leaning towards no. but this doesn’t happen anywhere in her area that I can see.. just on my bed. sometimes she does leave pee stains in the carpet in certain areas as well tho.

pls help!! i just wanna know why and what I can do to stop or prevent it from continuing to happen

Hmmm, maybe her anal glands need to be cleaned? Have you inspected her bum area?

Does she leave these stains elsewhere, and how is her diet? Does she consistently have health, dry poops? Some rabbits, especially those with squished faces, actually can be naturally sloppy at eating cecotropes so they leave stains everywhere…

she hasnt left stains elsewhere besides my bed, but her poops are pretty consistent. however, i do find cecotropes from time to time.
