Obviously Walter and Boo are lionhead mixes based on their ears.

Any way to tell what?  Walter has lopped ears, Boos are upright, but too long for purebred.

Also, of course I would never breed any animal, sometimes it’s fun to think about.

I’d like to think that they would have purple eyes babies! 🙂

Aside from knowing their parent’s, the best that can be done is posting pictures and drawing from people’s experience.

If you can show their head shape, that would be helpful. Although I know that’s difficult with a lionhead.

Perhaps they are the results of someone trying to make lionlops? If you cross a lionhead with a lop, the offspring may not have fully lopped ears.

Posted better pics.  Was having issues getting text with the pics.

Walter is “half lopped”, Boos ears are fairly straight.  But neither have the little lionhead triangles.  But both are perfect!!

It’s hard to tell with the fluffy fur… but I knew that it would be. LOL   The shorter face and ear shape (even Boo’s) suggest Holland lop. I’m still going with the someone was trying to make lionlops hypothesis. I know they aren’t related, but they have a ton of similarities.

Thanks.  Walter was not cooperating for a pic.

Who knows, they may be related at some point.:)
