How big is the lump and where on its behind is it located?

A picture would be very helpful!

If you add a pic to your profile, it will appear in your media library and then you should be able to add it to your post. We’re still having some issues with picture uploading!

The picture is blurry. Are you talking about the scent gland?

If this lump is his scent gland, then it’s probably clogged. Cleaning it should solve the problem.

What do you mean shake? Is he trembling? Rocking back and forth? Acting excited and doing binkies/head binkies?

Sometimes young rabbits shake when they rest after exercise. It can look like they’re “vibrating”.

If you could film it, we could help you upload the film if you run into trouble uploading it. Just send a PM to any of us moderators.

Here’s a nice video on how to clean a rabbit’s scent glands. I do think the lump is a clogged scent gland. The “cut” is normal, its where the scent gland opens. There is one on either side of the downstairs area.

let me get this straight the bunny doesnt shake as much as he used to so i guess its “normal”???
