Rabbits do like to dig and nip their owner. My rabbit likes to dig in my hair in the middle of the night, fortunately not every night. This is probably to gain my attention.
Many rabbits also like to pee where the favorite human has been sitting, especially in sofas or beds (soft fabrics often inspire peeing in general).
This type of behavior could be an effort at communicating affection and belonging. Stuff that smells strongly of the human can be perceived as valuable by the bun. There is most likely an element of claiming involved. You are her human!
At around 3 months a bun starts puberty. This will as a rule lead to more marking, with both poop and pee, but also to mood swings, such as rapid shifts between displays of aggression, fearfulness and affection. This is a normal stage of development and doesn’t mean you are doing anything wrong.
Some “teenage” buns will start courting their human or another pet in the household. Typical courting behaviors are circling, nipping, grunting, buzzing and also spraying pee on the object of desire 😬
