Should I separate my two rabbits that have snuffles?

  My two rabbits were both diagnosed with snuffles last week, and one of them has it worse due to his age (10 years old). My other rabbit is 2 years old. I know that infected rabbits should be separated from healthy rabbits, but is it necessary to separate them if they both have snuffles? My only concern is that one of them has it worse…not sure if this changes anything. I would really appreciate some help with this because I want to separate them asap if keeping them together will be bad for recovery😭😢😢

  I don’t think you should separate them. It would be very stressful for them and would hurt their recovery. Plus they have both already been exposed to the infection, so I don’t see a benefit to separating.
