My Holland Lop bunny is about 3-4 months old and feels very underweight. I have little experience with Holland Lops but do know that they should weigh around 3 to 4 pounds when fully grown. He currently weighs 1 pound 8 ounces and when petting his back/sides you can feel his bones jutting out (ribs and spine). I received him two days ago and have been feeding him baby bunny pellets as well as collard greens and parsley along with giving him access to timothy hay at all times. Is this normal?? What should I do.

It’s difficult to go off of weight alone. Some young bunnies will be on the lean side. You may be able to feel their ribs and spine a bit. However, they should not be skeleton-like. How prominent are his ribs and spine?

He’s getting a young bunny formula pellet, which is good. How much are you giving him? At his age, he can have unlimited pellets (within reason, of course).
