We have A LOT of flies in our house and I was wondering if there’s safe bug sprays for pets.

        Is Zevo safe?

        Is this one safe? https://www.tractorsupply.com/tsc/product/country-vet-metered-insecticide-fly-spray-64-oz

Hi BunnyLass! That spray contains pyrethrin. Although it is considered one of the safest insecticides, adverse reactions have been observed in rabbits. This is why they recommend against using OTC treatments for cats and dogs that contain pyrethrin on rabbits. To answer your question, it would probably be OK if the spray did not come in contact with bunny and any of bunny’s things. Like if you used in an area that bunny doesn’t go, then the risk would be much lower.

Have you tried fly traps/tape? If kept out of reach, I would think this method would be safer.

@LBJ10 Thank you! And yes but it takes a long time for the flies to get stuck (so I worry about them hurting the buns) and there’s SO MANY but I’ll keep trying them!
