Unsure what they are. Not mites. Not flees.

I think they appear if her ears are exposed to water???

        She is upstanding ears.

They appear anywhere on ear. Feel like a rock type callous.  They don’t scratch off.  They can grow and get bigger.

What do I put on them?? So they heal?

        Thanks.

Are these flat scales on the edge of the ears? Or are they like mounds? Do they have a wart-like appearance?

They are actually like a wort.  They start small, grow into a calloused wort, raised above the skin when bigger.  They are not like scales. Ears are clean and smell clean too.

If they are wart-like growths, then they are probably papillomas. Ears are not an uncommon place for them. If they are indeed papillomas, there isn’t much you can do for them at home. Many of them will resolve on their own. Some will not though. A vet can surgically remove them. If you encounter something red, swollen, bleeding, irritated, etc. then it’s best to have a vet take a look sooner rather than later. I imagine it wouldn’t be difficult for a bunny to accidentally scratch one that’s on their ear.
