Today we decided to start introducing Louie and Lola to some new things. We’re starting small, so today is Ep. One of Exploring the world with Louie and Lola: The Stairs. We placed each of them on the top of the stairs to teach them how to go up and down, because the room we share is a daylight basement, the stairs connect directly to the rest of the house. Our first adventurer was the lovely Lola, who explored the stairs gingerly and carefully, going one step at a time. When she had reached the bottom of the stairs, she entered the room quickly, with a display of several foot flicks, running directly to Louie. Next up was Louie, who ran straight back down the stairs into the room, in a demonstration of his amazing stair-descending skills. Once both were reunited, lots of treats were given, and despite their not-so-fondness of the activity, they both flopped down next to each other after some yummy bunny cookies.
