Does your rabbit seem to be limping? Can you see where it was actually injured?

If it is no longer bleeding (and you can’t actually find the wound) and he’s not showing any signs of pain then I think it would be OK to monitor it, but if he got a puncture wound then he may need antibiotics to prevent an abscess forming. It’s also possible he also might have just broken a toenail in the chase, and not actually been bitten. In that case it should heal up on it’s own, but you should monitor for signs of infection (swelling or other inflammation).
