Most of my family had pink eye and I now have it too! I am getting a 4 month old male Netherland dwarf and would like to know if my rabbit could get pink eye from me or my other family members. If so, do you have any tips to prevent it? Thanks!

If your conjunctivitis is caused by bacteria then the answer is maybe. But I think it would be unlikely. Just to be safe, wash your hands before touching your bunny or his things.

Ok! I’ll make sure I wash my hands a lot! I brought Baylor home today and he’s doing great! He loves his hay and I gave him a water bowl to try instead of a bottle and he took to it right away!
