Hii. I have two 5 months old mix rabbits and they’re outdoor rabbits (my parents don’t allow them indoors). We keep them in the cage at night and they’re free in our garden from dawn until around 7pm like that. When they get out of their cage in the morning they would run hop binky and eat. Then around 11am they will hide behind any of the plants and flop and sleep until 5-6pm. In between they will get up to find food. How do i know if they’re bored? Cause i have made a cardbox castle but they’re not bothered with it. They don’t like to play with things much. Should i be worried?

11AM to 5-6PM sounds about right for when a rabbit typically sleeps, so I wouldn’t be too concerned if they are routinely inactive during those times.

Are both rabbits fixed and have they always been together?

Yes they’re both fixed. Their cages are side by side since day 1 and i havent done any bonding session between them but they’re already comfortable around each other and always sleeps together 😂

My bunny pretty much curls up and sleeps all day after I feed him his morning breakfast, and then during the evening around 6-7 pm he starts his zoomies and is super excited to run around.
