        what kind of hay should I feed a baby rabbit I know its alfalfa but should it be mixed with something

        and how do I transition a baby bun to grass hays?

          Young bunnies can have unlimited grass hay. As long as they are getting pellets with alfalfa in them they don’t need alfalfa hay.

            so I can feed a baby bun timothy hay and give them alfalfa pellets

            is this the usual way people give it to them

            or do some people feed their baby buns alfalfa hay and pellets?

              some people feed their rabbits both alfalfa hay and pellets, but if a rabbit gets free fed alfalfa pellets and eats regular timothy hay, they receive enough nutrients and fiber. My bun was being fed timothy hay and alfalfa pellets and I continued the same way after adopting him.
