Hi my male bunny is now 4 month old, i have his sister aswell, they are seperated in a 2 tier hutch 1 upstairs 1 down, they have a medium cat litter tray with newspaper, wooden pellets and a big pile of hay! The female is doing great only a few poos outside the box! The male is pooing everywhere! I mean loads  of poo, i clear the poo everyday and by a couple of hours its full! Will this changed when i get him neutered?

Yes, litter habits should improve greatly after the neuter. 🙂  Are you planning to bond them at some point?

Yes i am going to get them both neutered and spayed at the same time, let them recover then bond, they see eachother everyday, they have seperate play times and always go have a nosey at one another, hops(buck) gets quite restless when he sees fluffy and really wants to get out he knocks on the door lol. Last weekend my  4 year old opened both doors so hops jumped into fluffys room, i heard some banging so ran over and he was spraying wee all over her and her room! So im praying no funny buisness went on!

Your male has started puberty. As Hazel says, litterbox habits generally improva a lot after neutering.

To avoid unwanted pregnancy, your buns shouldn’t have exercise time together from now on, and during exercise time, keep in mind that buns can mate through cage bars.

Yes i let them have a look at eachother then put a wooden board up so they cant get to eachother, when they are out i generally am and never seen anything going on between bars, will keep an eye out from now on though!
