Bringing them inside will help a ton!
The other thing is to do lots of hand feeding (pellets, veggies, treats, etc.) so they associate you with good things and learn not to be afraid of your hands. With bunnies it can also help to spend a lot of time with them where you basically ignore them (play hard to get). This helps them learn you are not a threat. 🙂
Sometimes we do need to pick up bunnies, but if this just occasional, and you spend lots of other time building up trust, then they won’t be too mad after nail trims.
ALSO FYI there is an outbreak of a deadly rabbit virus happening in the USA southwest right now, so if you are in any of those areas you should get your bunnies inside ASAP. (read more here: https://rabbit.org/rhdv/)
