Hi and welcome to Binkybunny!
If buddy’s toe broke or got dislocated months ago, and he still seems fine, albeit with a weird toe, I dont think a vet would do very much. They could x-ray his foot to assess the damage, but I doubt they’d do anything about it. This is if everything looks ok, no swelling, discoloration, seepage, etc. Is he moving around like normal? Is it a back toe or a front paw toe?
The site hocks-issue is more serious imo. Buns dont have padded paws, they only have fur and skin over the bone. If the fur wears off, the bun can develop calluses on its heels. Calluses offer some protection, but needs to be kept a close eye on. You can use for example nappy rash cream on the bare patches so the skin doesnt get scaly and brittle. It is very important to check daily, because if sores develop, you need to clean the sore and put on antibiotic ointment (triple antibiotic ointment or fucidine) right away and make a bandage like in this article:

In order to make such a bandage you need some bunny fur. I suggest you start saving all fur you brush off of your buns when you brush them, because it’s good to have a small stash of bunny fluff in case you need it later on. I have used the bandage in the article I linked to, with very good result.
