Hi and welcome!
I do think your rabbit will settle in well in a new place, since you will be there too. A cardboard hidey house would be good, (with two door holes, buns always like two exits) in case your bunny feels a little insecure for starters. The mere knowledge that there is a safe hidey-box to be had if needed, can make a bun more willing to explore.
Worn clothes for snuggling is a good idea, for example a t-shirt that you’ve been sleeping in. If she has her own blanket/towel, bring that, they will feel familiar to her. My bun has a towel that he’s had since he was little, he seems to take comfort in it regardless of how often I wash it. I always bring it when we go places.
For the actual trip and for the first week or so, it could be beneficial to give her a probiotic, for example benebac. Tummy trouble is the most common stress-related symptom in rabbits, and it’s good to try and prevent that. Also put together a small bunny first-aid kit with stuff that’s good to have on hand in case she gets gassy or doesnt want to eat. Hopefully you wont need it, but it feels good to be prepared!
