If her hock is to the point it’s bleeding she will probably need oral antibiotics to prevent abscessing. Poor thing. 
Make sure her cage stays really clean and she has very soft flooring. Memory Foam Bath Mats work well.
Sorry but I have no knowledge of that particular spray. I recommend asking your vet. He/she may have an alternative suggestion.
