        Hi everyone,

I just got a new bunny (the person who sold her to me said she was 7 weeks old but I now doubt this because she is very small). Anyway, I am worried because she looks very skinny and does not seem to gain weight. I can feel her spine very clearly.  I actually suspect her to lose weight so I am monitoring her weight since 2 days and she did lose some.

She does, however, eats lots of pellets and hay. What could this be?

Can you take her to a rabbit savvy vet? All new buns should be taken to a. Rabbit savvy vet for a check up and to get the proper diet for their age. The skinniness could be due to gi worms, digestive tract not working right or some other illness inside the bun
