Hey guys! I’ve been using the Kaytee paper bedding for about 6 months. I’ve read about people using wood stove pellets for litter instead. It’s been said that they are more cost effective and are way better at absorbing urine. Can you guys post some links to what brand or stores to find them?? I think I found some at fleet farm but I just want to make sure they are non-toxic. These are the ones I found online. http://www.fleetfarm.com/detail/superior-premium-grade-hardwood-fuel-pellets/0000000312690?bc=11434|11695|11721|12340

Any that don’t use accelerants are just fine. You can find them at Lowe’s, Home Depot, and Tractor Supply

You can also use horse stall pellets, available at Tractor Supply stores, feed stores or horse supply stores.

Here is the link for Tractor Supply. https://www.tractorsupply.com/tsc/product/tractor-supply-pine-pellet-stall-bedding-40-lb?rfk=1
There is even a rabbit pictured on the bag, and I see that many of the reviews are from people who use it for their cats or rabbits or other small animals.
