I always love an excuse to show off my boy! He’s stupidly photogenic sometimes and other times… not so much.

That last pic literally made me lol.

Relaxing after breakfast this morning. They knocked one of the hidey boxes (which need to be replaced soon, being very much chewed up) on their condo’s upper level out of the way to make some room. I brought out the treat bag a couple of minutes later which woke them up.

You can see the distinct stylistic differences here. Panda rarely stretches out completely; bunloafing is her favorite position for relaxation. Fernando bun-rugs several times a day on average, often after supper in their litterbox.

Aw Panda has similar markings to Gizmo! Is she a Checkered Giant or a spotted rabbit?

Neither. I think both Panda and Fernando wish they were one of the big bun breeds, but no, they’re tiny little buns, about 4 pounds each (a bit overweight at that, I must confess). It’s impossible for me to be 100% sure because Friends of Rabbits (the rescue from whom I adopted them) isn’t super-persnickety about exact breeds, but I think they’re Polish rabbits, or mostly-Polish mixes; they have most of the physical characteristics of the breed.

Bonton loves flopping and sacking out. So much so we have nicknamed him Flopton

Snuggling and flopping bunnies are the cutest things ever! 

I have both an epic flopper (she has been known to land on her back and has even rolled over on a couple of occasions) and one that is more subdued in his flops .  Both flopping techniques are cute none the less and I just can’t get enough of them.

When you have a decision to make….you can either go around or go over your friend when you just need to get to pellets left in the second bowl.

Indie wanted to show off her new set up to all her lovely bunny peeps.  Indie’s kitty sister recently crossed the rainbow bridge so she 

has claimed this kitty tree as her own.  I am sure Nova would have been happy to see it go to good use.  

Dawn finds a Sunbeam.  And claims it for her own.  No kittehs allowed!

For anyone who doesn’t know, we took in a new rabbit, called Moink. He’s a bit of a potato to be honest  (about 15%  potato sass,, 60% raw-potato energy and 25% disaster potato, if anyones looking for numbers) but we love him all the same.
He spends his time making himself overly-comfortable or acting like the Duracell bunny on acid, which seems to alarm the other rabbits.

Bladesmith- A Moink is a cow/pig hybrid, from the legend of zelda (spirit tracks) which actually had a bunny sanctuary in the game!
We named him it because his cow spots and he constantly grunts about the place so he seemed to fit the name.

Haha thanks Kiki, we love him too (even if the other rabbits dont feel the same lol)

I’d make a wiseass quip, but I’m too busy laughing that that definition and “Disaster Potato”…….

Ive found using a combination of nouns and carbohydrates is the best way of describing rabbits:
Floor potato
Danger noodle
Unfortunate waffle

In the meantime: MEGA MOULT!!!

Breintje is super itchy and he’s constantly asking to be groomed. However, he won’t sit still because grooming itches. After a couple of plucks he jumps off the couch, scratches himself, and hops back to lick my hands like there’s no tomorrow. When I wanted to get something done I had to put him on the Towel of Shame, and he actually enjoyed it. Also, no hissyfits afterwards, only lots of happy licks.

He was happily purring while I gently plucked him, most of his fur has already grown in with the old fur still hanging on. All that fluff came from just one shoulder…

BunBun literally had the moult of her lifetime this early February! It was insane! I have never seen her drop so much fur in so little time… she’s usually a low and slow blow out girl. This season I had a true moult monster! I had to break out the Hair Buster and get as much off of her while she ate her pellets each night.

And I really love all of these pics! Everybunny is soooo super cute!

Holy bun, Breintje! ? Chewie has never achieved this level of moult greatness… he dandelion fluffs for weeks on end. lol

Hehehe, I loved reading about Dawn’s fluff explosion too. Go hard or go home. Nethies: the gift that keeps on giving! That thick luxurious fur… *achoo!* they’re so soft… and *pbbbt* so shiny!

This is my Marinette. Her door is almost always open when I am home but she hangs out in her den most of the day and binkys around the house in the morning and evening mostly. I am working on getting a big rug to make it a little easier for her. Her fur looks a little oily in these pics still and both ears are loped now but these are the most recent pics I have at the moment. I just love her random color patches. You cant see it in these pics but she has darker patches on her hind end
