The bottom of Thumper and Blossom’s feet are charcoal grey/black and I’m wondering if there’s a safe way to clean them.

You can wipe the feet with a damp cloth but likely the fur is stained and it won’t come off. Sometimes the cause is the litter or bedding substrate so changing that can stop if once the fur sheds out.
