I have had my holland lop for about a year now he is a free roam bunny and I have never had any problems with him peeing outside of his litter box *nock on wood bit he is having problems with his poop he mostly poops in his litter box but I constantly find myself cleaning up small piles of 3-4 pellets of poop and of course it always on my rug.  just wondering if anyone else had this problem and how they were able to correct it.  If anyone has any good bunny forums pls let me know.

What I had to wake up to this morning.

        He don’t care.

What a cutie! Is he fixed? Are there any new animals in the house? How many little boxes do you have? You may need more if they are too far away for him to hold his poop to go run to it. It seems like either territorial marking or that there’s not enough boxes around. You may even need to re litter train him( small space then slowly expand) I know some buns have to be retrained

              He is adorable!

He is most likely trying to mark his territory, my rabbits are all fixed and still leave poo on the ground. Fixing him will help with that though. When my bunnies leave poo on the ground I usually sweep it up or put the poo in their litter boxes to remind them that that is where to go potty.

              Good luck!
