Earlier today, I was talking to one of my rabbit owning friends and she mentioned that she feeds haworthia (specifically the zebra succulent) to her rabbits. Her rabbits really seemed to love it too. At first I was concerned about this (because most succulents seem to be toxic to rabbits (and I’v also had to stop my friend from feeding her rabbit aloe vera (which is obviously very toxic))), but after some research I found out that the plant is nontoxic to rabbits. Considering this, would it be ok to feed this as an occasional treat?

Just because something is non-toxic doesn’t mean it would make an appropriate treat. I wouldn’t want my boys to chew on my succulent plants. I guess wouldn’t be concerned if they accidentally did though.
