Earlier today my rabbit had some wetness under her nose and I got concerned. By now it’s dry and her nose looks normal, so I’m not sure if it was actually nothing or if it’s just temporarily passed. Shortly before I noticed the wetness under her nose, she was grooming one of her front paws pretty intensely because I had just done her nails and accidentally got the quick on one, so I think it might have just been for that, if that’s a thing? That has happened before, but never as intense as tonight(the nose not the nail).
So I was just wondering, should I take her to the vet even if the wetness doesn’t return? And if so, should I wait for an available appointment that works with my work schedule or should I take her in, like, tomorrow morning to see if they would have time to squeeze her in as an emergency? Everything else seems normal, she’s eating and drinking fine and has her normal energy level.
Edit: after doing a bit more research I checked her front paws for any dampness or matting and there’s nothing. She also hasn’t been sneezing.

I dont think you need to worry if there was just temporary wetness, no discharge, sneezing, etc, Because rabbits only breathe through their noses moisture can sometimes deposit around their nostrils. Especially if the bun has been breathing extra fast, as you bun most likely did when you accidentally cut into the quick and when she groomed her foot after.

Keep observing her like you have been, look out for opaque snot, listen for sneezing, check paws for wetness and matting, the cheeks can also get matted if a bunny tries to wipe its nose with its paws. But simple wetness under the nose does not warrant a vet visit.
