So I just got a rabbit about a week and a half ago and love her to death but she knocked over some soda and bbq wings I had on my desk I want aware that she could hop on to my chair then my desk but anyway she has not managed to get it all off and I was told that you can’t give bunny’s bath’s so what should I do I have tried a wet wipe but it just will not come off I was working went to go get a napkin and came back and she was out of my room she managed to hop over the baby gate and went to my desk so what can I do to help her clean herself besides cutting fur?

(Sorry about the bad English I am originally from France)

You can massage some corn starch or potato starch into the sticky parts of the fur., then brush or comb out the clumps that have formed.

Giving a full bath is best avoided with rabbits unless whatever they have got on them is actually toxic. Soda and barbeque wings aren’t toxic. She will probably try to groom herself to get it off her, but it’s good if you brush her.

Buns do get themselves into trouble now and then, it’s in their nature =)

          Your English is perfectly fine!

Thanks so much! the corn starch worked wonders I also went out and got a bunny brush and brushed for 10 minutes not only did she enjoy the brushing all the sticky stuff came out so she is perfectly fine now I also got a taller baby gate and made sure she can’t jump this one I will have to be more careful though just in case (I’m glad my English is okay haha)

Make sure it’s over 4 feet. Some buns get jump that high
