Hello everyone, its been a while.

So I use horestall bedding as my main litter because it is affordable, effective, and comes in big batches. However, in my area (southern California) there has been a shortage at Tractor Supply Co. As far as I know Tractor Supply is the only place that sells it near me. If someone else here lives in S.C. and knows places that sell it or if you know a safe cheap alternative please reply ASAP, as I am running out. Also I have heard wood stove pellets can be used. is this true? If so what brands are okay to use? Thanks in advance.

Orchard supply (if you can find one that hasn’t gone out of business) has them. Also Lemos Feed and Pet supply (but not sure what part of s Ca you’re in?).

Any wood stove pellet that doesn’t have accelerants in them is safe, but I’ve never found them here in SCa, I think it’s too warm!

In a pinch Feline Pine is the same, it’s just much more expensive!
