I would keep an eye on her drinking. And whether she starts having accidents, or her appetite gets bigger. My late bun George had those symptoms, he drank a lot of water, which I took him to the vet for….and they ran tests for kidney failure, but the results came back negative…well he was right on the edge but they said not to worry about it.
George drank about 2 and half bowls of water a day – when I measured that, it was about 700 mls
He started getting very voraciously hungry and thirsty, and about 6 few months later unfortunately he passed away from what they suspect was kidney failure – he lots a lot of weight too which we noticed too late because he was very fluffy… But in terms of behavior… he was a happy bunny, active, content, very cuddly – honestly he’s always been hungry too so the difference in him was so slight, except that he was thirstier.
I would monitor your bun’s water drinking and weigh her fairly regularly! You can also run your hand along her back and if you feel much spine.. take her in to get weighed.
I have also heard tooth problems can bring on excess drinking of water.
