I’m moving to a new apartment and am scrambling to figure out my rabbits new living situation. I have purchased 36 grid panels each one being 14×14 inches. I was thinking of doing a 4×5 panel enclosure. Do you think this would be a big enough space for two medium sized rabbits? They’d have to be in this enclosure for approximately 9 hours a day and then about 4-6 hours will be spent free roaming.

I think 4 by 5 would be pretty great, especially if you added a level or some shelves up. You might think about doing a smaller foot print, but using some of the cubes to build up and add levels. My cube condo is long 3 X 2, but has 4 levels up. My buns like hanging out on the different levels, and it takes up less space in my small apartment.
