Hi there,
He sounds like he is still settling in, so I would leave him alone for a couple weeks and “play hard to get”. A week and a half is no time at all for a bun to trust you. Some buns do seem to insta-bond with their owners, but sometimes the shy ones are the most rewarding to bond with.
Given what you describe, I think he also should have more settling-in and pre-bonding time before you continue bonding sessions with your current bun, just to make sure he is behaving normally around her.
I think it’s important to remember that rabbits are aggressive out of fear. When he approaches you, just ignore him for now. Keep trying the hand feeding, but don’t force it. Lay on the ground and read a book and just ignore him in general.
It is also very common for buns to pee on beds, as they smell strongly of humans and are soft, so it might be best to just prevent him from getting on the bed.
