This doesn’t really make me think of pasteurella. When a bunny rubs it’s nose with the paws the fur on the paws tends to be matted. It’s very, very common with yellowing of feet on rabbits with white feet. It’s often due to litter that’s not absorbant enough. Our member Sarahthegemini had this problem with her white bunny Buttercup, but it got lots better when she changed litter. A litterbox screen can also help.

With pasteurella you tend to see thick snot and often runny eyes, This can lead to wet cheeks or matted fur on cheeks if the bun rubs its face and nose with its paws. Sneezing is common.

I would keep an eye. The nostril pic shows a perfect little nostril.
