This is for young humans and first time bunny parents.
I was born on the 18th December 2013, those people didn’t want me and I was sent away to be adopted, some people came to get me, I got a home but not for long, I went back to adoption and I had my injections and then some other humans came to get me, this time with a little girl, I was her Easter gift
The girl pushed me about in a pram, fed me sweets, dressed me up and as children do with dolls she got fed up of me
The child’s Mummy and Daddy advertised me for sale and luckily my Mummy was looking for a Rabbit, she was going to get a Ferret or a rat, but changed her mind and took me to her house, I got GI at one point but my Mummy called the Taxi company and said. “I have a taxi booked for 3:00 to go to the vets, can you cancel that and come now please, its an emergency.” It came, I went to get better and then things got better, why am I writing this all at 1:55 am? Well its coming up to Christmas, little children might write to Father Christmas and ask him for a Rabbit, not all children are like the one I lived with, some are very good if they have been been brought up with rabbits, but we are not toys for Christmas, children can get bored of pets, adults know are needs, we need Vets, Insurance, toys, hay, some of us bunnies don’t like being picked up, I’m one of them, what I’m trying to say is, please don’t buy us as a first time pet for Christmas for anyone, its not nice not having a home at Christmas, or being a present and ending up a week after Christmas in adoption if you get fed up of us, we are like children, we need a forever home, we can live a lot longer than some humans think, not just 2 or 3 years, there have been some Rabbits that have lived to be over 10 years old.
A Bunny is for life not just for Christmas.
